Don's update uploaded to YouTube...
He is now 5 months after his second hair transplant!, I would expect about a 25% increase in hair volume over the next 3 or 4 months,

Next Week Will Be 4 Months

Okay... so I couldn't resist putting a picture of Kim Kardashian and I together in Miami a couple weeks ago. (I know that the site got lots of hits when Sharon Stone's picture was up.) Incidentally, the answer to your question about Kim Kardashian is,
NO, it's not as big as it is portrayed in the media. Not only is she beautiful, but she was wonderful to work with.
So it's almost 4 months since my treatment. These are the results so far!

The New Spinning Room

So the day has arrived. Last night I had the opportunity to show Dr. Jones first hand what his donation of a hair transplant accomplished for Appleby College. Physical Education teacher, Doug Buchanan (who may yet be a future candidate for Dr. Jones's services)and I had the opportunity to show Rob our new spinning room. The bikes are going to be a great addition to our school! The room has 21 state-of-the-art bikes so a class of 20 can work with an instructor. New hair will soon be on my head and now the opportunity to loose some weight and get fit.

Day 15
So yesterday was my Birthday. I guess the people at Appleby bought me a new head of hair for my Birthday. Unfortunately, the present is a little belated. It will be like a Birthday/Christmas present. I have two kids that were born at Christmas time who always feel ripped off when some relatives try to give them a combined gift. I think I'm due to attach a new photo of my head, so I will try to do that tomorrow.

A little background
A little background on how this all came about. Dr. Jones is a parent at Appleby College a coed indenpendent school in Oakville, ON. I work at Appleby and I serve as the Auctioneer at the school's Gala Auction. This year Dr. Jones generously donated a full hair transplant to the school Gala but he was concerned that no one would publically bid on an item that many people consider a private matter. At some point it became a suggestion that as a special fundraiser the crowd could work together to "buy Don hair". What began as a joke, soon became a serious proposal. If the crowd could raise $25,000 for a new spinning room for the school, I would submit to a hair transplant. There is no way I would have ever considered doing this on my own but the situation just presented the opportunity and I fell into it. So thanks to my Appleby "friends" the school has a new spinning room and I have a date with Dr. Jones.

These are photos before the hair transplant.
